Job Overview

AB Facility Services is seeking a dedicated Night Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of designated areas within a Commercial Class A Building.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Night Cleaner, your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of facilities, including tasks such as washing walls, cleaning glass surfaces, and disposing of waste.
  • Reporting any minor or major repair needs to management.
  • Fostering effective communication and collaboration with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Adhering to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory bodies.
  • Exhibiting flexibility and willingness to undertake various assigned tasks.
Specific Duties:
  • Thoroughly vacuuming carpets from wall to wall.
  • Spot cleaning carpets as necessary.
  • Sweeping all hard surface floors.
  • Sanitizing drinking areas.
  • Cleaning metal doorframes and tracks.
  • Removing fingerprints from elevator doors.
  • Cleaning surfaces in open stairwells.
  • Damp mopping all hard surface floors.
  • Cleaning and polishing entrance door glass and frames.
  • Dusting ledges and vacuuming entrance areas.
  • Polishing brass and metal fixtures.
  • Emptying trash receptacles and deodorizing them.
  • Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must fulfill all legal work requirements in the U.S.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Must demonstrate reliability and commitment.
Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position with night shifts on:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Hours: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Compensation: $12 per hour
