Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at Good Samaritan Hospital. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring that patients receive safe and effective treatment.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the hospital's mission and values.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or equivalent experience.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN).
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in acute care setting.
