Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of nurses, and contributing to the overall success of our department.

Responsibilities
  • Direct patient care and provide education to patients and families
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care setting, preferably in Emergency Department
  • Leadership experience and certification in specialty area preferred
