Unit Clinical Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Good Samaritan Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate, and delegate tasks within the unit to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Lead care efforts, educate, allocate resources, and apply expertise to enhance nursing practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or to be obtained within three years of hire.
  • Current Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
  • ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC certification as required.
  • Minimum three years of experience in acute care setting.
