As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing and managing the activities of our operations staff, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage operations staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Review and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary
- Collaborate with regional management to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to operations staff to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational data and metrics
- Participate in the development and implementation of operational budgets and forecasts
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the EMS industry
- Strong knowledge of EMS policies and procedures, including regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- EMT certification and experience working in the EMS industry
- Experience working in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of inventory management and control
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
