Treatment Specialist

The United Planning Organization (UPO) is a leading provider of community-based services, dedicated to empowering individuals and families to achieve their full potential.
As a Treatment Specialist, you will play a critical role in our Comprehensive Treatment Center, working closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide evidence-based interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating psycho-educational and individualized group therapy sessions
- Developing curricula for targeted populations, including those struggling with opiates, alcohol, tobacco, and other substances
- Making referrals to supportive services and providing case management and client advocacy
- Developing service plans and maintaining accurate documentation
Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field, certification as an Addiction Counselor I or II, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
