Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Development

  • Cash Management and Security
    • Oversee all cash management policies, procedures, and practices.

  • Customer Service and Loss Prevention
    • Provide guidance and oversight for customer-related issues.
    • Oversee efforts to reduce shrink activity through education, awareness, and compliance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5 years of management experience within a big-box retailer preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to direct and motivate a diverse population.
  • Demonstrated ability to act decisively and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and have open availability.
