As a Recruiter, your focus will be on the complete recruitment cycle, which includes hiring and onboarding healthcare professionals to fulfill the needs and objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Care Coordination Duties:

  • Handle referral communications, document client service intakes, and arrange for care professionals for home care or staffing needs.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up assessments to ensure quality care.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients through phone calls or home visits as per service agreements.
  • Monitor client health and suggest appropriate resources and solutions.
  • Act as a liaison among family members, designated representatives, and healthcare providers.
  • Complete all tasks thoroughly, promptly, and reliably.

Recruitment Duties:

  • Create strategic recruitment plans utilizing innovative and cost-effective methods.
  • Manage recruitment advertising, including the creation and posting of job openings and leveraging online recruiting tools.
  • Engage in recruitment activities such as job fairs and community events.
  • Oversee the application, hiring, and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and training.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates through various communication methods.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company hiring standards.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment within an agency or corporate setting, specifically for healthcare roles such as Caregivers, Home Care Aides, Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nurse Assistants.
  • Experience working closely with the senior population and their families in a care coordination capacity.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards.
  • Knowledge of EMR and scheduling systems.
  • Strong marketing skills to build new relationships and secure new accounts are highly valued.
