About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Marketing to join our team at Perry Homes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the achievement of departmental goals and individual development.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, events, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, Customer Experience, IT, and finance to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including digital advertising agencies, media outlets, influencers, and other strategic partners.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal ROI on marketing investments.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred.
  • Requires at least 6 years of relevant senior marketing and management experience.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing management and strategic planning experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical business approach to measure effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
