Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Services Director to join our team at Central Carolina Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Cardiovascular Service line, including the Cath Lab, Endoscopy, Vascular, and Cardiac Rehabilitation departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources to optimize patient outcomes and staff productivity.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve quality and performance metrics.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to promote professional growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina or compact state.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
  • 5+ years of training, education, and/or experience as Cardiac Cath Lab RN.
