Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Services Director to lead our Cardiovascular Service line. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and clinical aspects of our Cardiovascular Services, including the Cath Lab, Endoscopy, Vascular, and Cardiac Rehabilitation departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient patient care
  • Manage department budgets and resources to optimize patient outcomes and staff development
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve quality and performance metrics
  • Engage in ongoing quality and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and staff development
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and administrative teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Registered Nurse in North Carolina (or compact state)
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience in Cardiac Cath Lab setting
  • 5+ years training, education, and/or experience as Cardiac Cath Lab RN
  • BLS within 30 days and ACLS within 90 days of hire
