We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced neurosurgeon to lead our team of multidisciplinary providers at our regional neurosurgical practices in Northeast Ohio.

About the Role

The Vice Chair will report directly to the Chair and focus on regional neurosurgical growth and program excellence using a patient-focused, disease-specific approach to neurological care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of multidisciplinary providers in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies for regional neurosurgical growth and program excellence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Participate in clinical care, teaching, and research activities
Requirements

We are looking for a board-certified neurosurgeon with a practice focus in the areas of spine, trauma, and general neurosurgery. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated clinical excellence, experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and a quality/continuous improvement work ethic.
