We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced neurosurgeon to join our team as a Vice-Chair of the Department of Neurosurgery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our neurosurgical practice and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of clinical excellence, leadership experience, and a passion for innovation and collaboration. You will be responsible for leading a team of multi-disciplinary providers, developing and implementing strategies to drive regional neurosurgical growth and program excellence, and working closely with our Chair to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of neurosurgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive regional neurosurgical growth and program excellence
  • Collaborate with our Chair and other leaders to achieve our departmental goals
  • Contribute to the development of our department's clinical and research programs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
