Join Our Team as a Neurosurgery Vice Chair

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced neurosurgeon to lead our Department of Neurosurgery as Vice Chair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving regional neurosurgical growth and program excellence using a patient-focused, disease-specific approach to neurological care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of multi-disciplinary providers at our regional neurosurgical practices in Northeast Ohio
  • Report directly to the Chair, focusing on regional neurosurgical growth and program excellence
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve clinical excellence and quality improvement goals
  • Participate in general neurosurgery and trauma call, with a 1:6 call schedule
  • Contribute to clinical care, teaching, and research activities
Requirements:
  • Board-certified neurosurgeon with a practice focus in spine, trauma, and general neurosurgery
  • Excellent clinical skills and experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive growth and excellence
  • Commitment to quality improvement and patient-focused care
