Director of Operations

B Scouted is seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead and optimize operational functions, with a primary focus on pharmacy relationships, fulfillment accuracy, and medical partnerships with doctors. This role will oversee the Customer Service department, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pharmacy and Medical Relationships:
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with pharmacies to ensure seamless fulfillment of prescriptions.
  • Build and sustain relationships with doctors and telehealth providers to optimize patient care and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all medical and pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Design and implement operational strategies to improve on-time fulfillment rates, reducing delays and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, identify bottlenecks, and ensure the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee HR and business affairs elements, including hiring, training, and team development for operational staff.
  • Customer Service Oversight:
  • Oversee the Customer Service team, ensuring prompt and compassionate responses to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Leverage key metrics such as CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to continuously improve service quality and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with product teams to proactively address customer concerns and improve user experiences.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in operational leadership, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong experience managing pharmacy and medical provider relationships.
  • Expertise in scaling operations and improving fulfillment accuracy and timeliness.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and improve customer service functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in HR management, including staff development and process improvement.
