Job Summary

Maximus Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Director to oversee all aspects of our friendly PC Group's Provider operations. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our practice, from leading the product discovery phase to identifying customer needs and implementing new processes.

As a Clinical Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives across departments, managing and developing staff, and overseeing clinical staff operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with all departments to design solutions and position our products and services for national growth.
  • Lead the customer discovery process to identify pain points, technical needs of providers and patients, and align our offerings to their business objectives.
  • Develop compelling demos and business cases, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless solution design.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to influence product roadmaps and drive continuous innovation for improved provider and patient experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical practice operations management, with experience overseeing provider operations.
  • Must have telehealth experience at a consumer health company and experience working with a friendly PC model.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, including providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex processes and projects.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations and regulations.
