Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Manager to join our team at The American Academy of Dermatology. As a key member of our Development & Revenue department, you will be responsible for overseeing departmental processes and managing multiple projects of varying complexity, scope, budget, and number of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs and opportunities into technical and business requirements to improve project outcomes and business operations.
  • Develop and sustain a cross-departmental revenue pipeline development process.
  • Build, maintain, and track reports, dashboards, and other documents utilizing internal and external data.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering discussions with staff to assess needs and document requirements.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of external funding requests and reconciliation processes.
  • Oversee departmental processes to ensure accurate and complete records of donors, licensees, and affinity providers.
  • Support and manage multiple projects across the organization to ensure cross-department coordination and on-time deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or 5 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in technology with an emphasis on application development and project management.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum project methodologies and preparing and managing Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly analyze and direct technical issues to relevant staff.
