Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing our organization through strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply and leverage sales processes, solution selling, and account management practices to drive revenue growth.
  • Responsible for generating sales through cold calling, lead generation, and deal review.
  • Lead and manage customer engagement from lead generation to negotiations and closing deals.
  • Run in-person and virtual client meetings to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in an Account Executive, Business Development, Account Management, or Sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives.
  • Knowledge of structured sales methodologies, such as Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN, Power-based Selling, and Target Account Selling.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and listening skills, with a focus on customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Cold calling and presentation skills.
