Job Title: Licensed Therapist

Location:

The ideal candidate will be working in the Resources For Human Development organization, providing individual, group, and family therapies to children, adolescents or adults depending on program support population.

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a human service field, and a state license is required (LPC, LCSW, LISW) as specified in the addendum based on program licensing/funder requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapy Services:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapies using evidence-based practices in addiction-substance use disorders, mental health diagnosis, and other areas as required by program.
  • Caseload Management:
  • Maintain active caseload including engaging individuals in ongoing treatment.
  • Documentation:
  • Enter documentation into electronic medical records in accordance with agency guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a human service field.
  • Licensure: State license is required (LPC, LCSW, LISW) as specified in the addendum based on program licensing/funder requirements.
  • Skills: Familiar with standard business computer software programs and electronic Health Care Database programs.

Salary: $55,530.50 Annually
