Senior Building Operations Specialist

At Educated Solutions Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will also possess basic skills with Microsoft Outlook and be physically able to lift heavy loads and climb stairs/ladders.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in Knoxville, IA, and contribute to the success of our team.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Aligning with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Inspecting building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to ensure operation within design capabilities and environmental conditions.
- Maintaining an energy management program to reduce operating costs.
- Performing assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance, and completing records as required.
