Advanced Tactical Datalinks Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Tactical Datalinks Support Analyst to join our team at Strategic Insight, Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tactical datalinks and a proven track record of providing exceptional support to government agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to OPNAV N2N6 in the areas of tactical datalinks, combat identification, and C-5IRST capabilities.
- Assess programmatic requirements and review EW, cyber operations, TDL, and space policy and strategy.
- Validate sufficient personnel and training requirements and ensure all are programmed to an acceptable level.
- Support the preparation of cogent PowerPoint presentations, briefs, information papers, impact and risk mitigation papers, and attendance at meetings that assist N2N6 government personnel in identifying, assessing, prioritizing, validating, adjudicating, and programming for Navy and Joint capabilities and requirements.
- Coordinate across the Navy, other Service, Joint Staff, and other stakeholders to review ATDLS queries, respond to tasks, track issues and/or concerns, and prepare draft responses in the form of clear and concise briefs, point papers, emails, and memos.
- Assist Requirement Officers to review, edit, and route correspondence, documents, and publications of ATDLS acquisition-related documentation, Navy Gate Review documents, and updates to acquisition and related Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instructions and Manuals (CJCSI/CJCSM).
- Support OPNAV N2N6 role as Resource Sponsor in all phases of the integrated DOD acquisition, technology, and logistics life cycle management processes.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- TS/SCI clearance (eligible).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated effective team player and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
- General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, working knowledge of SharePoint, or Access (or similar database management system).
- Familiarity with PPBE / POM (at least one cycle).
- Familiarity with DoD Acquisition Process.
This position requires 10% travel potential and possible telework based on client requirements and approval.
