Job Summary

Orlando Health Medical Group seeks a skilled Medical Assistant to support our team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our physicians and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage patient flow, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records
  • Clinical Support: Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, gather patient data, and provide routine treatments
  • Communication: Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent; completion of Medical Assistant training from an approved technical school
  • Certification: Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification and certification by a recognized medical assisting agency (e.g., AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT)
