About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for inspiring, helping, and challenging people. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all applicable policies and procedures are followed, recording and filing UA results and monthly activity logs, monitoring community meetings, and supervising the offender population.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure that all relevant policies and procedures are adhered to, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of UA results and monthly activity logs, ensuring seamless tracking and reporting.
  • Community Meetings: Monitor and participate in community meetings, including house meetings, wrap-up meetings, and 12-step meetings, fostering a sense of community and support.
  • Offender Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to the offender population, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
  • Trend Analysis: Record and report TC behavioral trends, informing data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness.
  • Admission Documentation: Assist with admission documentation, streamlining the process for new clients.
  • Prevention Modules: Facilitate Prevention Level I modules, supporting clients in their recovery journey.
  • Clinical File Setup: Set up clinical files for inmates upon admission, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Program Standards: Execute all company program standards and policy, maintaining high-quality service delivery.
  • Shift Coverage: Be available to work all shifts to ensure proper coverage, as per contract and policy standards.
  • Time and Attendance: Utilize the company time and attendance system, accurately tracking hours worked.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of six months to two years' experience working in a counseling or chemical addictions field, depending on education level.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or two years of experience working in a counseling or chemical addictions field may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.

Salary Range: $13.50 - $13.50 Hourly
