About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistive Technology Professional to join our team as a Clinical Specialist at Mobius Mobility.

As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in supporting users' clinicians in seating and mobility assessments, performing complex rehab technology patient needs assessments, and demonstrating the use of rehab equipment.

Responsibilities include reviewing seating specifications and orders, leading the delivery of the iBOT Personal Mobility Device, and providing ongoing client support. You will also assist in resolving rehab equipment problems, complete documentation of patient visits, and report rehab equipment hazards and product incidents.

In addition, you will conduct in-service training, product demonstrations, and presentations for clinical and other staff at rehabilitation hospitals and mobility clinics. You must adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as the RESNA Code of Ethics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Technology, or a health-related degree.
  • Valid and current ATP Certification via RESNA.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience as an ATP working in rehab technology in a Rehabilitation Facility, Clinic, Durable Medical Equipment (DME) dealer, or other applicable environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with company operations and service teams.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
