Job Title: Third Party Risk Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Third Party Risk Analyst to join our client's team on a contract basis. Our client is a cutting-edge organization based in the Oakland, CA area, offering a great opportunity for a candidate with a background in Fintech, Banking, Audit, or Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze third-party vendor information from various systems and databases.
  • Facilitate the collection of required artifacts and supporting documents from various data sources and input them into the Third Party Risk Management system.
  • Schedule and deploy performance surveys within the vendor ongoing monitoring system.
  • Schedule and deploy vendor Due Diligence Questionnaires within the Third Party Risk Management system.
  • Follow up with business owners on the completion of outstanding Due Diligence Questionnaires.
  • Close Due Diligence tickets in the Third Party Risk Management system.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Audit, Banking, Fintech, Financial Services, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience with vendor management and/or procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • High proficiency in working with Apple products for business.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
