About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing daily cash positioning and forecasting, as well as overseeing monthly bank fees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily cash positioning and forecasting, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Oversee and optimize monthly bank fees to minimize costs.
  • Review and approve wires and ACH positive pay transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of banking partners and services to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a treasury or finance role, with a strong understanding of treasury operations and cash management.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing monthly bank fees and managing cash positioning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.
