About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to lead our Treasury Management Onboarding team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking segment, you will be responsible for providing sales support to aid new client acquisition and acting as a liaison between the sales process and onboarding process for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Direct accountability for 7+ Associates across geographies/time zones, coaching and developing associates, creating a culture that is a safe space to learn and challenge norms, while setting a constantly rising bar for top performance.
  • Client Management: Frequent interaction with clients in the form of escalations from team members or sales partners, requiring a client-centric and client-success-oriented approach.
  • Client Experience: Methodically balancing people, process, and risk decisions with impact to client experience, utilizing customer-back design thinking in decision-making and regularly evaluating and strengthening how we measure the customer experience.
  • Data/Insights: Demonstrated experience/expertise with leveraging data and routines to drive results, proactively identifying risks and process breakdowns.
  • Continuous Process Improvement/Risk: Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities, driving a culture where Associates have hands-on involvement in challenging existing processes to ensure they are up-to-date with current state risks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships/partnerships with key business partners in Sales, Operations, and Servicing functions.
  • Treasury Management Product Knowledge: Direct responsibility for Treasury Management products and services, understanding the Treasury Management sales process to help the team manage client pre-onboarding responsibilities and client escalations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Treasury Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in Banking Operations.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing teams across geographies.
