About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Manager to join our team at Aventiv Technologies, LLC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational banking relationships and ensuring the company's liquidity management, interest rate management, capital deployment, debt covenant compliance, and implementation of new treasury policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with existing covenants using knowledge of all financial and credit agreement terms.
  • Evaluate, develop, implement, and monitor cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
  • Maintain weekly cash forecast.
  • Manage interest expense planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of company cash flow.
  • Manage merchant bank processing and money transmitter banks.
  • Compile financial estimates and draft bank compliance package.
  • Support funds flow and other M&A transaction requirements.
  • Manage Company money order lockbox processing department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual SLAs.
  • Recommend, implement, and maintain process improvements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience, including in finance/accounting, investment banking, or similar environment.
  • 5+ years' experience leading, coaching, and developing staff.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role for a private equity owned or public company.
  • Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Prior experience in banking and/or finance a strong plus.
  • Proficient in data retrieval applications such as TM1/Anaplan.
