Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily activities of residential clients, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is maintained.
  • Record information into our electronic health record system, providing accurate and timely updates.
  • Facilitate observation and monitoring of daily activities, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Assist with incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Facilitate daily living and problem-solving skills, empowering clients to achieve their goals.
  • Prepare incoming labs for review by our medical practitioner, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Take and record health vital signs, providing critical information for client care.
  • Monitor medications for the appropriate refill schedule, ensuring client safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening
Work Schedule

We offer a flexible work schedule, including PRN (as needed) shifts, including evenings and weekends. Shifts are available on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with additional shift differential pay for hours worked on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Our benefits package includes paid time off, medical insurance, life insurance, and an employee assistance program.
