The Veterinary Client Care Specialist provides the first impression and serves a vital role by assisting clients and their pets. This multifaceted position, team members use their problem-solving skills to effectively guide the clients experience through multi-tasking and superior customer service.
Veterinary Client Care Specialists have the opportunity to earn $15.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on experience.
Strategic Focus
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
- Participate in month team training courses
- Assisting the veterinary team as needed
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized work environment
- Greets clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner demonstrating poise and natural effort, quickly attending to client needs
- Administrative duties such as medical record-keeping, process payments and schedule appointments
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
