Job Summary:

As a Cardiovascular Interventional Nurse at BayCare Health System, you will play a vital role in the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team. This team is responsible for assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. You will independently function during diagnostic and interventions with minimal supervision, providing critical nursing care to include administration of moderate sedation, monitoring for complications, and preparation for interventional procedures.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to Emergency patients during interventional procedures

Monitor and record procedures

Administer moderate sedation and monitor for complications

Prepare for interventional procedures

Requirements:

1 year of Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, or Interventional Radiology experience

Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's Preferred)

Active Florida RN or Multistate RN License

Active BLS & ACLS certifications (accepted from Red Cross, American Heart Association and Military only)

Work Environment:

BayCare Health System, Interventional Services-BRMC

Location:

Bartow Regional Medical Center

Shift Hours:

7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Shift:

Shift 1

Weekend Work:

Occasional
