Overview:
MVP Recruitment is seeking an experienced MDS-PPS Coordinator (RN or LPN) for a renowned non-profit Skilled Nursing Community. This community is known for its exceptional care standards and supportive work environment.

The MDS-PPS Coordinator will manage a manageable case load and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, including two days working from home.


Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the MDS (Minimum Data Set) and PPS (Prospective Payment System) processes.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive care plans.
Monitor and manage MDS documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct regular audits of MDS records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Educate and support staff on MDS and PPS procedures and requirements.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care outcomes.
Serve as a resource for staff and management on MDS and PPS-related matters.

Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in MDS and PPS coordination within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to MDS and PPS.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MDS software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
