Insurance Sales Representative

Whether it's helping them customize a plan for their needs or compassionately helping them in the event of a death or disability. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work either part-time or full-time independently. Licensed and unlicensed individuals are welcome to apply for this position. We offer training to call, set, and run appointments virtually, utilizing various resources such as webinars, carrier product training, and our successful proven system. Whether you want to build an agency, focus on being a career producer, or if your experience is a better fit for our wholesale model. There is a path perfect for you. We work as a true team and strive to influence one another positively. This is a position you can do remotely but never feel alone.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the company's exclusive warm lead program
- Contact clients who have requested protection plan information
- Gather pertinent information from the client to customize their protection plan
- Follow up with the client within one to two days to go over results either in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Consult with the client for their specific need
- Assist the client in the e-application process
- Contact the carrier for the status of the application
- Follow up with the client on carrier decision
Qualifications:
- U.S. legal resident
- Obtain state life and health insurance license
- Phone, laptop or desktop computer, printer savvy
- Virtually attend weekly meetings (occasionally in person): sales training, mentorship, and business building
