Customer Experience Supervisor Opportunity at Marshalls

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging customer experience, training and coaching associates on customer service best practices, and ensuring seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Train and coach associates on customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Monitor and improve store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales and customer service goals
