Job Title: BDC Representative

At Patrick Motor Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our team. As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for sales customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and proactively pursue additional leads to drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product information and promotions to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to build strong relationships and drive sales.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, using provided templates to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Set quality appointments and follow up with customers to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the motor group by working collaboratively with all teams and departments.
  • Meet specified performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements:
