Sales Support Specialist

Position Summary:
The role of a BDC Representative is crucial as they serve as the initial point of contact for potential sales customers. It is essential for the BDC Representative to embody a professional demeanor and a supportive attitude while representing the dealership. This position involves managing a substantial volume of customer inquiries and assisting the sales teams in scheduling appointments that lead to successful sales outcomes.
Primary Duties:
- Handle incoming inquiries through various channels, including internet and phone, while actively seeking additional customer leads.
- Stay informed about product details and current promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, text, email, and chat platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing provided templates for consistency.
- Schedule quality appointments that align with customer needs.
- Follow up with customers who missed appointments to facilitate rescheduling.
- Listen attentively to customer requirements and offer suitable recommendations regarding vehicle options.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly performance targets and objectives as outlined by management.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
- Maintain a proactive approach by making calls daily, including outreach to new leads and follow-ups with previous inquiries.
- Adhere to punctuality standards, arriving at work on time or earlier.
- Exhibit strong customer relationship management skills.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet both individual and collective goals.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements:
The employee must be capable of sitting for extended periods and using their hands for various tasks. Repetitive motions may be required throughout the workday. Occasionally, the employee may need to lift items weighing up to 10 lbs. Some bending, walking, and mobility will be necessary. The ability to enter and exit vehicles and assist with snow removal tasks may also be required. Clear verbal communication is essential for the duration of the workday.
