Agricultural Business Development Specialist

ASI Computer Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Business Development Specialist to join our team in Chicago. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue, customer base, and market presence.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing in the agricultural or technology sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical guidance and assistance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, customer base, and market presence
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance and assistance
* Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
* Provide training to sales teams and resellers as a subject matter expert
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Agriculture, Business, or a related field
* Minimum two years of experience in agricultural equipment sales or product management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 per year, depending on experience. ASI Computer Technologies offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401k match.
