Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Chicago. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue, expand customer base, and enter new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Present product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of agricultural technology solutions
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance to clients on technology integration, implementation, and usage
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field required
  • Minimum two years of experience in agricultural equipment sales or product management
  • Agricultural-related work experience and channel resources preferred
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) match.
