About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Sales Strategist to join our team at ASI Computer Technologies.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agricultural equipment sales or product management and be able to develop and execute sales strategies to increase current sales revenue, customer base, and expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customers and competitors in the agricultural field, defining the sales and marketing strategy better.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase current sales revenue, customer base, and expand into new markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers, providing excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Training and Development: Train sales team as well as resellers base as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in agricultural equipment sales or product management.
  • Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel at least 75%.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a full complement of medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a competitive 401k match.
