The compensation for this role ranges from $15 to $22 per hour, contingent on experience. The actual pay offered may differ based on various factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

As a Junior Automotive Service Technician, you will acquire practical experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers, learning to perform essential automotive services while delivering exceptional customer service.

Shift Information:

Depending on the location, our stores may operate seven days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays.

  • A valid driver's license and a minimum age of 18

Preferred Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.


About the Role:

What skills will you learn?

  • How to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, and filter replacements
  • Training with mid and senior-level automotive technicians to learn additional automotive services
  • Providing excellent customer service, including clear communication and feedback regarding customer vehicles
  • Promoting teamwork to meet customer expectations
  • Maintaining strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation

Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, which may include light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
