Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at PuroClean Disaster Mitigation of Palos Hills. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and centers of influence.
- Build and maintain a top 25 client list, providing regular updates and promoting continued education courses.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of consultative selling principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales software and technology, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
