They should also have a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and excellent sales and marketing skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Search for new business opportunities, including sourcing new OEMs and engineering firms
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set and meet sales targets
**Salary:** $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
**Location:** Alsip, IL (with up to 25% travel)
