We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to enhance our boutique corporate real estate practice at Adams & Martin Group. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a comprehensive understanding of corporate, real estate, and nonprofit law. This position also entails assisting a healthcare division with transaction-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting corporate formation documents and operating agreements.
  • Representing clients in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Facilitating tax-exempt status for nonprofit entities.
  • Negotiating intricate contracts.
  • Managing commercial lending transactions.
  • Overseeing mergers, acquisitions, and other business combinations.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare sector and large nonprofit organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, with an emphasis on corporate and real estate issues.
  • Excellent research and writing capabilities.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and experience in direct client engagement.
  • Academic qualifications will be evaluated alongside other indicators of ability, motivation, and initiative.
  • Willingness to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
  • Eligibility for admission to practice in Minnesota.
