  • Negotiating intricate contracts.

  • Overseeing mergers, acquisitions, and other business combinations.
  • Collaborating with the health care industry and significant nonprofit organizations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, particularly in corporate and real estate sectors.
  • Exceptional research and writing capabilities.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with experience in direct client engagement.
  • Academic qualifications will be evaluated alongside other indicators of capability, motivation, and initiative.
  • Willingness to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
  • Admission to practice in Minnesota or eligibility for admission.
