Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front office operations to guarantee seamless service and outstanding guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservation systems and room allocations to optimize occupancy rates and revenue generation.
  • Train and lead front desk personnel to uphold high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Formulate and execute guest service initiatives aimed at improving overall guest contentment.
  • Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively to foster a positive environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one to two years of relevant experience in hotel front desk operations or similar customer service roles.
  • A high school diploma is required, with additional college coursework being advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Ability to manage cash and credit transactions, along with proficiency in front office software.
  • This position involves light physical work, occasionally requiring the exertion of up to 20 pounds and frequently up to 10 pounds.
  • Assistance with luggage may be necessary, which could involve lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Extended hours may be required, with significant time spent standing.
