We are a dementia specific, assisted living community that provides high-quality care to our residents. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Our certified Caregivers have the option to explore exciting opportunities for advancement in positions such as Medication Technicians, Resident Care Coordinators, Nurses and even Sales. We offer a competitive salary range of $15-$20 per hour, based on skills and experience, with the possibility of team-based bonus opportunities.

As a caregiver at Brookdale Olympia West, you will provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs, as well as help residents with household chores.
