Job Description

As a Licensed Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare of Olympia, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients in their private homes. Your duties may include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Providing transportation to appointments and errands
  • Engaging in light housekeeping and laundry
  • Offering companionship and social interaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Licensed Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare of Olympia, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certification as a CNA or HCA
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds or more
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in scheduling
