Solar Cannabis Co. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pre-Roll Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our pre-roll products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Tasks: Complete daily production tasks set forth by the Pre-Roll Team Supervisor or Team Lead, including weighing, packing, folding, and labeling of pre-roll products.
  • Quality Control: Perform visual quality control inspections of marijuana flower product to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Organization and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and keep all strains organized and labeled accordingly.
  • Team Collaboration: On occasion, you may be asked to cross-train or help in other departments/positions, such as Trim/Manure, Post-Harvest, or Packaging.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in high-volume packaging is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of frequent, repetitive, and fast hand movements, and able to accurately follow specific direction in a strictly regulated facility.
  • Education and Certifications: Ability to read and write in English, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance), and to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods of time.
