Misericordia University seeks a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as the Assistant Director of Athletics. This key leadership role will support the Director of Athletics in the organization and administration of the intercollegiate athletics program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to the Director of Athletics in the development and implementation of the athletic program's strategic plan.
- Assist in the management of athletic program operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management.
- Collaborate with coaches and staff to promote student-athlete success and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with NCAA regulations and university policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Master's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
- Minimum five years of management experience in intercollegiate or professional athletics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current, valid PA driver's license.
