About the PositionThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $110,000 per year, including a $10,000 retention bonus for Full Time Hospice RNs. Our ideal candidate will have a current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont and a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience. Prior home care and/or hospice experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities- Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
- Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
- Performing client assessments as necessary.
- A competitive salary of $110,000 per year.
- A $10,000 retention bonus for Full Time Hospice RNs.
